Setting Up Google Duo

1. Go to Play Store
2. Download Google Duo app (looks like blue and white movie camera)
3. Once installed on the phone, open the app
4. Confirm phone number; it also may ask you to add your contacts
5. Allow microphone/camera access
6. All set! Please try with a family member or friend to make sure it works for you before your appointment.

*On the day of your appointment, the provider will call you - swipe to answer the call.

CAUTION: If you had another phone number in the past and used the Duo app, it will automatically register under the old number. Please be aware and let us know if that is the case.
